Giovanni Ghizzani

Giovanni Ghizzani (b. 1988) began playing piano at a young age, studying at the Conservatory of Siena. Drawn to jazz, he graduated with honors from the Siena Jazz Academy. In 2016, he joined the Jazz Department at the Bologna Conservatory under the mentorship of Gregory Burk. In 2021, he began a Master’s program at the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya, studying with some of the leading figures in Spanish jazz.
